What we look for

How we work.

We are a remote-first team serving clients across the United States. Most work is asynchronous; client calls are scheduled. We do not require physical presence for most roles.

Client-facing clarity

Our deliverables go to owners, CFOs, and practice managers — not to a technical audience. Clear, direct writing matters more than jargon.

Ownership, not handoffs

Roles here cover the full arc from scoping to delivery. We are a small team — there is no large layer of support to escalate to.

Comfort with real constraints

Clients have real data, real contracts, and real compliance requirements. We work with the situation as it is, not as it would be if everything were clean.

Honest about what AI can and cannot do

We build and deploy AI tools. We are also honest with clients about limitations, risks, and when a simpler solution is better.
