When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, employee range, primary problem, optional estimated monthly technology spend, preferred contact method, and any message you write. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver the service you requested.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Analytics to understand which pages and calls to action are used. The events we send do not include personally identifiable information such as your name or email address — they are limited to which button was clicked or which page was viewed.
Cookies
This site does not use marketing or tracking cookies. Our hosting and analytics providers may use minimal technical cookies necessary for the service to function.
Scheduling
Consultations are currently arranged by email after you submit our contact form. We do not yet use a third-party scheduling tool, so no scheduling provider receives your information at this time.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for reasonable business record-keeping. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You can request that we delete or correct the information you've submitted at any time by emailing hello@datatoinsight.ai.
